Based on the government guidance delivered on 11th May 2020, we have decided to recommence Flight Examinations for both the PfCO and GVC drone courses as of next week (w/c 18th May 2020).
Flight Examinations will be conducted under special circumstances to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Wear a face covering
All of our students attending their Flight Examination MUST wear a face covering (this can be homemade). Failure or refusal to wear a facemask will mean that your Flight Examination is cancelled and a fee incurred.
Maintain 2-metre separation
All students must respect the 2-metre separation from their examiner and other students. Your examiner will not be able to help you with your equipment.
If you feel unwell, don't attend
If you have felt unwell within 14 days before your examination, or you feel unwell on the day, please call the office on 0800 033 4400 and speak to a member of the team. We will not charge you do rebook your Flight Examination and we will be able to offer your slot to another student.
When you are feeling well enough and at least 14 days have passed since you first felt unwell then you can rebook your flight examination.
Email your Flight Planning paperwork
Email your Flight Planning Paperwork to courses@uavhub.com after conducting your practical examination. Guidance on what you need to submit will be contained within your OE Booking email.
What happens if the Alert Level Increases or Decreases?
If the alert level for COVID-19 increases we may cancel all Flight Examinations at short notice. We will endeavour to let any students who may be affected ASAP.
If the alter level for COVID-19 decreases then we may review our safety procedures.
How to book your Flight Examination
Flight Examinations will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis. We anticipate that bookings may be busy for the first few weeks so please bear with us as we try to accommodate our students as best as possible.
We can not take bookings for Flight Examinations via email and you must call 0800 033 4400 and speak to a member of the training team who will get you booked in and will advise you of the necessary procedures.
GVC Theory Courses and Examinations shall continue to be delivered via virtual learning and online examinations until further notice.
